Below is a list with all the new features Version 3.03 from 17 September, 1998 The Window Library was expanded with the procedure Win_Setflags and the function FN Win_Getflags. The command Set_Cursor from the Utility Library remains effective now only if your program is the active process. This prevents that the mouse cursor of the primary process can be changed by programs running in the background. Furthermore, the Utility Library was expanded by a very powerful procedure named Display_Data, which serves the visualization of any two-dimensional data sets. The demo folder now contains the program EasyFractal.BAS, which demonstrates the use of this procedure.
